Direct Fired Hot Air Generator Manufacturers in India
The combustion chamber of a Direct Fired Hot Air Generator is contained in a concentric shell with adequate (refractory) liner. The fresh air is tangentially provided to the chamber by a dynamically and statically balanced blower. The air surrounds the combustion chamber, absorbing radiant heat from its surface before mixing with the finished combustion gases in a conical chamber. The hot air is then released at a specified temperature from the hot air generator into the operation. With suitable insulation, these heating systems have a very high thermal efficiency.
